This thread is specifically to address my idea that with the tremendous positive press coverage the new film Going Clear is getting and the Scientology cult's predictable reaction of lying and attacking the participants and even mainstream media reviewing the film in large numbers creates a unique opportunity . The main thing needed for Scientology to survive is almost all public to be uninformed what it is and does . It is a totalitarian and oppressive organization .

With the current attacks the press can be informed clearly and simply what the cult is doing how it operates and basic doctrine on this and current and historical precedent . Keep the message clear , simple and verifiable as the unbelievable claim needs extraordinary evidence to back it up without ambiguity .

Point out how ALL press and critics reporting negative info- true or not -on Scientology are treated and viewed .

So they can see THEY are labeled "Sps" and "below 2.0" on the "tone scale" AUTOMATICALLY for even mentioning the film neutrally !

Now lots of supporting evidence can be found and only very clear supportable stuff should be used as Scientology will always try to confuse and deny and smear accusers etc. so as to misdirect so counter with simple verified claims with lots of evidence and court records etc . The admissions of former OSA members can help too .


And please keep it simple :remember for many press and public this is their first interaction with Scientology and it will be baffling to start with - do not let David Miscavige hide behind complexity and lies .
